Pros and Cons list

Well I have decided that I need to stop being fearful about the idea of changing Jobs. Just because of the 'good times' I've had at my current job, I shouldn't use them as excuses for being at a job that I no longer enjoy. Changing jobs I believe could be a very positive thing. So I have started a pro's and con's list of staying and going. I will add to the list as I feel the need. I think the key is to take my emotions out of it and think what the best decision is. The more I think about it, the more I think it's a good decision to move onto something new/different. I have already put my application in for 1 job but I'm going to hold off on the others as I don't really want to leave here until after August as I have things that I'm involved in organising and I feel the responsibility to atleast see these events through.

So that's where I am at the moment.
