I know that I have the most slackest blogger in the world lately. Seriously I have just been so busy and have not been bother to think about something to post.

Work has been so crazy lately. I can barely get a spare moment.

I will try and keep this email short but how many times do I say that and not follow through.

I havn't just been busy at work. I am busy with my IT course, church, the gym and life. I need a holiday but I always put off taking time out.

I have been going to the gym alot. I was going in my lunch breaks and doing rpm/spin/speed bike classes at the gym. It was really effective for the first month and I lost a bit of weight quite rapidly. But then my body got use to it and stopped having results. So I have changed my routine. I set my alarm for 5am...after snoozing it a number of times i manager to pull myself out of bed and get to the gym at 5.30. I have been running on the treadmill. I've never really been big on running. But I have found that I really enjoy it and I'm getting quite fit and my endurance is getting better.

I'm so exausted though. Even though I have been making an effort to get to bed early...work has been so busy and stressful and taking almost everything out of me. But I know that if I wasn't making the effort to excercise I wouldn't be in as good spirits. Happy but tired.

Anyway i've got work to do so I'd better get straight to it.
