I'm feeling much better

Thanks everyone for your comments. I am feeling much better I'm happy to say. I still have a bit of the throat thing but it's definattely not as bad as yesterday. I had a really good sleep last night which I think helped considerably. Like I went to bed at 9pm(early) and work up a 6.45am and I felt very rested.

I've been on reception in the afternoons that last two days and I have alot of work to do in the mornings and so I'd better go.

I will definately stop by some blogs this afternoon.
